Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is The 15-Minute Reset?

It’s a free, guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and take a break from the demands of everyday life. You’ll be guided through the session, so you can simply follow along.

We will be using different techniques, breathing in and out deeper and faster. You may be surprised how powerful such a simple practice can be.

Do I need any previous breathwork experience?

Completely beginner friendly. The session is guided, and you don’t need to learn complicated techniques beforehand. Just follow the instructions at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Everything is clearly explained during the session.

How much time do I need?

The guided journey itself takes approximately 15 minutes, however please allow for 20 minutes in total, as there's a short instructional introduction and some closing words. Find a comfortable, quiet place where you can give yourself a little uninterrupted time.

Is it really free?

Yes. The 15-Minute Reset is free, and no payment details are required. By signing up, you may also receive emails from Atacaman related to your breathwork experience and occasional updates or offers. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Is breathwork suitable for everyone?

Breathwork techniques vary in intensity, and some may not be suitable for everyone. Follow the session’s safety instructions, breathe within your comfort level, and stop if you feel unwell. Never practice intensive breathwork while driving, in water, or anywhere that losing consciousness could put you at risk.

If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether the techniques are appropriate for you, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
